I just saw that Town & Country in Bozeman was carring this new bread from Udi’s that I have never seen. So I bought 2 packages. I heated up a piece in a pan n just spread coconut oil on it. OMG!! It was so so good. A lot of GF breads are very grainy n kinda dry. This was moist and stretchy like real bread. I think this will be my new favorite GF bread. Ingredients and nutritional factors are good too.
