Ok, I got this stupid cold & my Samson Juicer came today, so I decided to make the Floo Fighter drink. This drink is based off the recipe in the wonderful book “JUICE” by Pippa Cuthbert & Lindsay Cameron Wilson.
Fight away any potential colds with this calming, high-in-vitamin-c drink. This can also be made using hot, instead of chilled, tea.
• 2 Lemons peeled
• 1/2″ (1cm) piece of Fresh Ginger peeled
• 1/2 an Apple – I included this to help with the SHARP taste
• 7fl oz (200ml) Chamomile Tea chilled
Juice the lemons, apple & ginger together. Add the chamomile tea & stir.
* Chamomile is a diuretic, so try not to consume this drink too close to bedtime.
